Agency Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Counselors

Any District employee who feels he or she has been discriminated against must consult an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Counselor within 180 calendar days of the occurrence of the alleged unlawful discriminatory practice or within 180 calendar days of his or her discovery of the occurrence, except in the case of sexual harassment. Sexual harassment complaints may be filed directly with the Office of Human Rights (OHR).
