Know Your RightsKnow Your Rights Survey

Did you know that 13 percent of the DC resident population is foreign born and that 7percent speaks English "less than very well"? The DC Language Access Act of 2004 provides DC residents who have difficulty communicating in English or are unable to communicate in English the right to receive oral and written language services in their language from the DC government.

OHR provides this Know Your Rights Pledge to inform you about your rights, remind you to continue learning about your rights, and inform others about their rights. Select the link below, fill out the fields, and you will receive an email reminder of your pledge.
