An agency Language Access Coordinator (LAC) is the designated employee of a covered entity with major public contact who coordinates and supervises his/her agency’s Language Access activities and any other Language Access related endeavors undertaken to comply with the provisions of the Language Access Act including, but not limited to, creating and implementing an agency biennial language access plan.
